The cable chest fly is an isolation exercise that targets the chest muscles. Using a cable machine, it provides continuous tension throughout the movement, enhancing muscle activation and growth. This exercise helps build chest strength and definition, making it a key addition to any upper body workout.

1. Setup: Position the pulleys on a cable machine to the highest setting and attach handles to the cables.
2. Grip: Stand in the center of the machine and grasp the handles with an overhand grip, arms outstretched to your sides.
3. Starting Position: Step forward into a staggered stance, with one foot in front of the other for stability. Engage your core and lean slightly forward.
