Crunch (Bodyweight)

The bodyweight crunch is a fundamental exercise that targets the abdominal muscles. It helps build core strength, stability, and muscle definition, making it a staple in any core workout routine.

1. Setup: Lie flat on your back on a mat, with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
2. Grip: Place your hands behind your head or across your chest.
3. Starting Position: Engage your core and keep your back flat against the mat.
4. Execution: Lift your shoulder blades off the mat by contracting your abs. Keep your lower back on the mat.
5. Return: Slowly lower your shoulder blades back to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
