Front Raise (Dumbbell)

The dumbbell front raise is a shoulder exercise that targets the front deltoids. By lifting dumbbells in front of the body, it helps build strength and definition in the shoulders, making it an essential part of any upper body workout routine.

1. Setup: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
2. Grip: Hold the dumbbells with an overhand grip, arms fully extended in front of your thighs.
3. Starting Position: Engage your core, keep your back straight, and your arms straight.
4. Execution: Raise the dumbbells to shoulder height, keeping your arms straight and parallel to the floor.
5. Return: Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
