Lying Leg Curl (Machine)

The machine lying leg curl targets the hamstrings. It helps build leg strength and muscle definition, focusing on the back of the thighs.

1. Setup: Adjust the machine so that the leg pad rests comfortably on the back of your lower legs.
2. Grip: Grasp the handles on the sides of the machine.
3. Starting Position: Lie face down on the machine with your knees just off the edge, engage your core, and keep your legs straight.
4. Execution: Curl your legs towards your glutes by bending your knees, lifting the weight with your hamstrings.
5.Return: Slowly lower the weight back to the starting position by extending your legs. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
