Push up

1. Setup: Position yourself face down on the ground, resting on your hands and toes.
2. Grip: Place your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
3. Starting Position: Engage your core and keep your body in a straight line from head to heels.
4. Execution: Lower your body towards the ground by bending your elbows, keeping them close to your sides.
5. Return: Push through your hands to return to the starting position by extending your arms fully. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
