Triceps Extension (Dumbbell)
The dumbbell triceps extension targets the triceps. It allows for a greater range of motion and helps build tricep strength and muscle definition.

1. Setup: Sit on a bench with back support, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
2. Grip: Hold the dumbbells with an overhand grip, palms facing forward.
3. Starting Position: Extend your arms fully above your head, keeping your elbows close to your ears.
4. Execution: Lower the dumbbells behind your head by bending your elbows, keeping your upper arms stationary.
5. Return: Extend your elbows to return the dumbbells to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
