Leg Press

The isolateral leg press machine targets the quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes while allowing for individual leg focus. With separate foot platforms, you press one leg at a time, ensuring balanced muscle development and strength. This exercise enhances lower body stability and reduces the risk of muscle imbalances, making it ideal for improving overall leg strength and athletic performance.

Instructions

1. Sit on the machine with your back against the padded support

2. Place feet on the footplate about hip-width apart

 3. Bend knees and lower the platform towards your chest

 4. Press the platform back to starting position through the heels

 5. Repeat for reps
