The isolateral shoulder press machine targets the deltoid muscles and allows for individual shoulder focus. With separate handles for each arm, you press one handle overhead while the other remains stationary, then alternate. This design helps develop balanced shoulder strength and muscle symmetry by isolating each shoulder during the exercise.

Instructions
1. Sit on a bench with back support.
2. Position the handles at the shoulders with elbows below wrists.
3. Press the weights upward until the arms are extended overhead.
Lower the handles back to the shoulders.
Repeat for reps.
